Panorama Process
Starting from left to right always photograph the sky first keeping in mind the edges of the image if you overlap to much it becomes blurred or miss the edge it is rejected. Always use a tripod with at least one spirit level it helps if you have one for the tripod and one fixed with the camera mount. The Software that i use to stitch the images is PanoramaPlus 1 from Serif it copes with all that you ask of it.
